Summary: With the winds of change taking place in theological education, St. Andrew's Theological Seminary is also faced with questions and challenges on matters concerning quality, relevance, competency, and others. Premised strong on these, the study aimed at determining or assessing the ministerial leadership capacities of the seminary's clergy graduates.
