General Circulation Books

Textbooks and other references that support the courses offered by the seminary are part of this collection. These books are mostly published outside the Philippines and are carefully chosen and requested by the faculty to be added to this collection.

General Reference Books

This collection includes dictionaries, one-volume bible commentaries, encyclopedias, concordances, maps, manuals, and handbooks.

Filipiniana Books

Books with topics that fall under the Philippines are included in this collection. Moreover, books that were originally published in the Philippines are also part of this collection.

Periodicals

The library collects various titles of journals that cover Biblical Studies, Christian Doctrines, Ecclesiastical History, Theological Education, and Pastoral Ministry. In addition, the journals of the conventions of the dioceses of the Episcopal Church in the Philippines are also part of this collection.

Thesis and Dissertation

This collection contains the thesis of the Saint Andrew’s Theological Seminary students who have taken the Master in Divinity program. This collection includes the dissertations of the former and present faculty members of the seminary.

Internship Papers

This collection consists of the outputs of the students who have undergone the CPE program.

Bible Commentaries

To facilitate effectively the needs of the students in creating their outputs in class, the individual bible commentaries are in a separate collection. This is to combine the commentaries in series under Old and New Testament and for easier access because of its visible location. This is also to save the time of the users in looking for references under biblical studies. Individual Bible commentaries are also allowed to be checked out by the students.

ECP and IFI Archives

This collection consists of documents and other materials concerning the Episcopal Church in the Philippines (ECP) and Iglesia Filipina Independiente (IFI) which are mostly historical.

Multimedia Collection

The library also collects secular and biblical movies which are not only entertaining but also educational. Most of these materials were donated by the late Fr. Joseph Frary, a former faculty member of the seminary.

Christian Education Materials

This is a collection of Sunday school lessons, visual aids, and other instructional materials used for Christian education.
