Policies on the Circulation of Materials

Students can borrow a maximum of fifteen (15) books.
A maximum of five (5) books can be borrowed from the Filipiniana collection.
Students can borrow General Circulation Books for twenty (20) days and Filipiniana books for five (5) days.
Reserved books are for overnight use only. These are allowed to be borrowed at the last hour of the library opening hours and shall be returned on the first hour of the next opening day.
Students can renew or borrow the same book/s twice unless other students need the same book/s.
Multimedia Collection is allowed to be rented for overnight use only.
Reference Books, Thesis and Dissertation, Internship Papers, Igorot Studies, Periodicals, Archives, and Christian Education Materials are not allowed to be checked out.
