Users Guide

Students

Once enrolled, students have the privilege to use the library until they finish the program they enrolled. During the library orientation, students need to fill out a library registration form. Their data will be added to the library automated system for records and circulation purposes.

Faculty Members and Non-Teaching Staff

Other users who may use the library for free are faculty members and non-teaching staff. Their immediate family members may also use the library for free.

Alumni

The alumni may use the library for free but are prohibited from checking out books.

Students from Other Universities or Colleges

Students from other universities or colleges need to present a referral letter from the librarian of their university indicating the subject of their research need. They are required to pay a library fee of 50 pesos per day. They are not allowed to check out books. They must observe the rules and regulations of the library and the whole seminary.

Reviewees

Reviewees are allowed to use the reading areas of the library for a fee of 350 pesos per month. They are not allowed to check out books. Observing the rules and regulations of the library and the whole seminary is a must.
