520 _aWith the winds of change taking place in theological education, St. Andrew's Theological Seminary is also faced with questions and challenges on matters concerning quality, relevance, competency, and others. Premised strong on these, the study aimed at determining or assessing the ministerial leadership capacities of the seminary's clergy graduates. The goal of this study is to enhance the seminary's Bachelor of Theology and Master in Divinity curricula.
